To me the Bad one looks a bit rigid. The lines don't look curvy like I usually see. The second one doesn't look right. I don't think Michael would sign that small. It looks cramped. The M also looks weird. The angle of The N does too, again a very rigid line.

Both are real, the bottom one is a typical IP from Munich in Germany, the picture shows him waving from the Mandarin Oriental hotel
