I'm sure a number ofother indie stores still have them. Zia, for example, seems to.

Im not an expert, but there's two examples on eBay. I don't think they look like they're signed by the same person.

Yeah, those are completely different, with the first one especially being inconsistent with his signing style from what I've seen. I might cancel my order on this basis alone.
