Firsthandgraphs1 on eBay. Are they legit?

I just wondered if anyone had any experience with Firsthandgraphs1 on eBay? They have a ton of Dolly Parton and lots of new signed pieces like her latest vinyl. Their motto is “if we didn’t see it signed, we don’t sell it” yet they never post pics of people signing. Thanks for letting me know if you have any insight.

Weird motto, considering they're selling the preorder Taylor Swift CDs an there's no chance they saw them signed. https://www.ebay.com/itm/285050725497?hash=item425e58e479:g:cngAAOS...

Seeing other artist pre-orders they definitely didn't see signed in person, so I don't get why they're sticking with that angle when it obviously isn't true. My impression/guess is that this is an older guy (based on the inventory) and the items represent a mixed bag. Probably better to ask about them on an individual basis, as it seems pretty clear he gets his items a variety of ways. But, even preorder music items, books, etc aside, you can tell by his listings that he's not the straight in-person collector he sells himself as.
