Jason had started a thread; http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/what-is-exact-proof-...
and like all good threads there are discussions witin discussions but this sub-discussion came up on a dealer Milton Lubin & http://www.substancecollectables.com/boxing_hall_of_fame___1
It appears that in 2003 although the Lubans were properly served but they failed to answer the complaint.
Jason went on further in one comment;
This link is the link with the guy and the actual photo we have on files one doctored that has the guy mentioned above.

On 17 May 2012 the guys who were building a file heard the following news : He received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings today. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo. This guy is total scum and is getting what he deserves.
The most famous website in the world for tackling fakes did a special on him here you can read it for your selfs. click the link.
I wont pu the photos yet I will leave them as aces in our hands till we have too but I believe there is enough here to make your minds up if this is true or not.

Recently I received some photos that appear to have been photoshopped and were alleged to be used by Milton Lubin to promote his product offerings. The one on the left is what has been alledged as the real one while the one on the right has been alledged as fake ones that were used as "proof" pictures.
One recent excerpt from Jason;
Ps yes DB strange here seems no one in America cares about what s going on in their door step and on of this forums own. (sometimes Jason - it takes some extra cycles ;-)
Since I have no dogs in this fight and Milton Lubin is an AML member here as was pointed out in the intial thread above, it would be pertinent to have some feedback on these claims and allegations.
so when someone apparently stoops to such level to create IMO what appears to be fraudulent images what does that say about the items being offered?
here is another shot - see any similarities to the fake Ali photo? This one however is tied directly to his website.
and here is but one communication excerpt from Prince Marketing Group (long time affiliate of Smokin Joe) to Milton that also had no response from what I have read;
Would you call super imposing pictures of yourself with celebs professional? I would call it scum and misleading. explain these please.
Here is the direct link to the website and were the photo has been originaly taken from.

I was part of a massive team in Europe together with the help from Australia and New york on this case and I believe this year there was some results as many stars decided to take part. ACAF & ISITREAL in europe have many info on this.
Now I will say this the guy does a good job he gets a lot of genuine stock but why do you do this photo shop jobs, Also when other top people in the industry asked some question about some items they got weird reply. For the record no one is p****** in the wind many people have emails and photo evidence and various other thinks on this matter .
but why do you do this photo shop jobs, Rope-A-Dope comes to mind Jason.
AliAuto on the isItReal blog indicated they would not buy anything is very telling. It is however over 5 years back and it would be nice if we had some boxing specialists chime in on current Ali and other offerings they see.
In May 2012
Milton received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo.
So we knew about this 5 years ago in europe and actions still were taken not even half a year ago , does this tell you anything else ?
Thats a great catch Jason, thanks for posting these. I always find it interesting to see photo shop jobs, its always pretty shocking.
The photo switch is bad enough without even looking at the autographs.
Milton k Luban should be in Prison for Fraud
OMG, that Will Smith photoshop deal is almost funny if it werent for the fact that it most likely has cost customers money.
Milton is a very well know around the world when it comes to the fake Ali items he used to sell and the way he uses other peoples text and images to make his site look better. He is banned on eBay for life never to hold an account ever again. Please see the below list of the accounts that he has used and eBay has suspended. Only a few months ago his company coa's have been added tom the banned list on eBay. If his items are ever listed they get removed within a few hours. He even taped Joe Fraziers funeral and put it up on youtube.

AC - excellent.... can you identify (link) where the EBAY Banned list contains SC Substance Collectivles COA as I am not finding it on EBAY US? There is a 2ndary scrub list from what I heard that is not published but very few know who exactly is on that one. I've always wondered if the banned list(s) for EBAY sites were the same? e.g. I couldn't find a banned list on EBAY UK as I was looking for the UK Based RareandSigned.com that had been added to the US EBAY banned list.
EBAY US Banned List; http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/autographs.html
based on some ebay ID's reported it would appear shill bidding was also in play;
Highly Recommend This Ebayer, Great to Deal with! Asset to Ebay, Thanks A+++ was posted by greatmemorabilia1997 on an alleged purchase from boxingheroes. All those completed sales; sad!
