TALKSHOP LIVE FALSE ADVERTISING

so i bought a mike tramp signed lp from talkshop live and they send this crappy insert hardly signed. the title said lp signed and now they tell me no refunds or returns. what garbage! any ideas on what i can do to get my money back. i just want to send it back and they can keep it for that price i paid. appreciate the help guys .

Either cancel it with your CC (item not as described and probably your best choice) or see if TSL will fully refund its own bait n switch product. GL.
