Billy Joel Signed "The Stranger"?

Hi, I've been trying to get a real Billy Joel signed "Stranger" for some time. I bought one before, but others said the signature was fake. Does anyone know if this is real?

Is there anywhere to get a real one, perhaps for a bit less?

They are probably $300 too high (it’s obo) but I like this example.

Billy always seems to signed this LP in the same spot.  Something to keep in mind when looking.
