Mystery Autograph - Can you identify who?

Hi, Gang,

I just received a Ginger Rogers signed album page, which is great, except there is a second autograph on the other side of the page that PSA/DNA did not identify when they certified and encased the Rogers autograph. Can you help me figure out who the other signer was? I thought that might be a fun challenge.
