Anyone know the story behind these Merle haggard Photos?

Are these legit?  Merle supposedly signed a bunch of these promo photos for  Dickel.  There is obviously a printed signature on the photo but also a black sharpie signature on top.  Does not appear to be autopen or printed to my eyes anyway.  Anyone know?
