Looks like Neil Aspinall’s work to me. Possibly George is real but not taken to the surface well.

The signatures don't look authentic to me.  By 1989 Christie’s should have been able to identify signatures done by Neil Aspinall.

Yes, but the letter from the obtainer mentions his close friend Paddy Delanie !
