We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.
The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.
This video shows you how easy the new forum is to use.
You can follow the forum and be notified of new signings exclusively! And you can enter a musician's name in the forum's search box and find any discussions about them.
Be sure to click the Follow link at the bottom of the list of discussions.
Try it...I think you'll like it.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.
It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.
I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.
So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Use caution on Wanda Jacksons site,i put a order in for a pic thru PayPal and never received and they would never answer back on inquiry's,i had to file a claim to get my money back after almost 2 months...likely not Wandas fault but whoever runs her merch is not very good at it.
So THAT is why Ringo stopped signing for fans. Realized there is more money to be had in selling.
Taylor Swift also has some items on her site for sale including a rare Peter Max painting also signed by him:

Good point about the meet and greet business. For that matter, I know Gary Numan and The B-52's partake in them as well.
Nice. Love STP. Only sig I have from them is Weiland.
I think I've seen it then. Phoenix Hard Rock also have a nice accoustic Dave Matthews Band guitar. They have a solid collection in that place. Better then a couple other Hard Rocks I've been to.
Great information Stipe!
For the Past two years Taylor Swift sold signed cds at her merhandise stand at her concerts for $20.00 a piece. Thats a great deal if you ask me.
Also tons of musicians that play concerts at casino venues do signings after the performances if you buy something from their table. Id say 50% of the casino shows I go to the musicians sign after.
Would love to get Eddie Money. Saw him twice in Laughlin in the late 90's but he didnt sign after either show. Just looked at fan club site and its free to join. I dont see a $40 option. I'd easily pay that to get a signed poster or photo from him. Would go great with my Cardinals/Diamondback stuff. LOL
