finally joined the boards so I could share this.
Axl Rose graphic novel with a bunch of swag. Need to get Tier 5 to get the autograph. A little pricey but I haven’t seen a Axl here before. Maybe there has been one.

I point blank asked for a refund and they ignored it in their reply. I’m gonna call credit card company and see how long do you have to file a claim on a purchase. I dont trust this process as no tiers have shipped.

This just screams like they didn’t even have it in writing with Axl/team and they are trying to get the graphs after the fact.

I doubt that, more like they made an agreement with him and he didn't deliver. Something he is well known for.

Yeah keep us informed on this as I may do the same if things dont move soon ! They havent even kept us up2date on things apart from one email which was nearly 2 months ago. This is extremely poor business especially when they have taken approx 150,000 dollars of customers for the tier fives !!

Despite getting NO response to any of my previous emails asking for information on my order, I have just emailed orders@sumerian asking for a full refund within 5 days or my credit card company will chargeback and........Refunded in less than 5 minutes!.....
Worth noting that as well as the usual orders@sumerian email address, I also copied all the other email addresses listed on their website in the email and I think this is why it was acted on so quickly......
Hopefully they won't be sent now lol!!....Although I placed orders for two of these separately so I will keep my other one for now just in case they do actually get sent!
Also I checked and for the UK the timeframe for chargeback or Section 75 is as below if anyone interested;
Chargeback - 120 Days
Section 75 (If more than 120 days) - 6 Years
