Guys, I sent Roger a Michael Jackson signature authentication request two weeks ago and paid him 15 USD. But I haven't heard back from him at all. I followed up to ask about the progress, yet still got no reply. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Yes. I’d try from another email address so you get the filter email then go through the process once approved remind him of it and resend the image with a screenshot of your payment

I’ve emailed back and forth with him. Did you complete the email spam defender link he has set up or ignore / delete it? You have to be on his approved senders list for him to get emails.
