Axl Rose graphic novel with a bunch of swag. Need to get Tier 5 to get the autograph. A little pricey but I haven’t seen a Axl here before. Maybe there has been one.

Update - they finally refunded me (minutes after I posted this) and after I copied their legal team and every other email I could find on their website. They said it was a shopify glitch…glad to be done with this debacle. Never again!

Ahhh I hate that ol Shopify glitch where your refund request emails disappear until someone complains publicly, then they suddenly reappear instantly, always happens... Also hate that Shopify glitch where your products don't get shipped for months, stupid Shopify! And worst of all tbe Shopify glitch where Axl Rose doesn't sign items, hate when that happens... God damned Shopify, always causing problems. 😂

There are 5 email addresses on their website - demand a refund and copy them all - that got me an immediate response - Im talking within minutes. All my previous emails to the “orders@“ were ignored.

The Bulls#it is starting to get old from Sumerian Comics . My guess AXL will not end up signing these ,if he has not done so all ready . How many people here have asked for there money back so far ?

It really puts the consumer in a bad spot when they take the money up front like this. Granted, Axl is a total D-BAG for not holding up his end of the deal, but I guess that was always apparent.
Lesson learned.And for those who dont know, I think 60 days is the extent of your cc protection in the states (essentially worthless in this case)?

I think that might be your particular card with the 60 day nonsense. Mine has purchase protection for years...

Most credit cards in the states , you can dispute a charge up to 180 days(6 months) .

Not yet asked for a refund, giving it a few more months I think.

Trying to be patient here with this as I am sure Sumerian wants this done and to get these shipped out . I would probally say with 100 percent confidence that the fault lies With Axl ,

Do a chargeback if possible, that will get their attention faster than any email, and gives them some work to do. If they hate doing work so much that they ignore everyone's emails, then maybe they'll learn that answering emails is much easier and cheaper than answering chargebacks 😂
