As I have said before, abbreviated solo Pauls like this one constitute one of the most difficult areas of Beatles autograph authentication. In this case there are some good elements but the thick marker pen is also commonly used to hide flaws in the faking process. I would not spend my money on this or anything I did not have 100% confidence in.

Already purchased a few checked by Roger Epperson 

as long as you are happy with it, that is all that matters.  I certainly would not be comfortable having this in my collection unless I got it in person.  it looks off to me

That's not Paul IMO.

It's fine I've purchased a real one since, doesn't mean I'm not looking for more
