Iconic Punk Rock Band -The Cramps are these Autographs real ?

I recently purchased a collection of vintage records and this album was part of the collection. The album is from the 80's and appears to be signed by Lux Interior and Poison Ivy, the founding members of the Iconic Punk Rock Band - The Cramps. Inside the album is a signed promo photo from the record company. I am curious and looking for an opinion if the autographs are real and what is a ball park estimate on the value of these two items.

I tried to send more photos but they were higher resolution than the 5 MB limit. I will get better photos because the inscriptions are fun and witty.... I would like to share them.
