John Quincy Adams Land Grant - Authentic?

J.Q. Adams Land Grant

Hey guys, trying to get your opinion on the attached grant (pictures below).  The signature looks a little different than other J.Q. Adams that I have seen.  Any opinions appreciated!  Thanks.
