Kevin has put on quite a few signings in the NEAST. However, I also had a questionable Mantle; http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/mantle-williams-and-... with this COA on it that came from one of his show's vendors. When he saw it he "claimed" it was a copy and not reflective of the item aside from the item also being a forgery.
He replaced it w/o question with a Boston Bruins item (that was fine).... thus, it pays to be cautious as to the source of the item. I don't believe he is an "authenticator" in the pure sense but rather produces shows and does provide a coa. Hopefully, it's not a copy. I'd contact him directly if you have any concerns.
