STING BOOK pre signed

Can nayone tell me if this is real...the seller told me this was purchased at a Police show a few years ago at the concession stand..the seller does NOT have other autos for sale--and deals in antiques...so that's a good sign.  Any opinion on this STING pre-sigend LYRICS book?

It looks good . I have a Sting book signed in person . Looks just like that.

My Sting book also looks like this. I believe good as well.
