Bruce Springsteen.. Is it real?

I have a local auction coming up which includes a Bruce Springsteen autographed guitar... COA comes from Hollywood Connections...

I'm relatively new to the discussion group but could use some good advice! (Hopefully the attached pictures help...)

Im sorry but im pretty sure thats a forgery, or else from an era im not familiar with. Coincidentally i saw a signed guitar that looked similar to that get sold on some tv show, maybe auction kings? But i dont think its real, at least it has no similarity to his current signature, but thats just my opinion

Auction Kings sold a very similar looking guitar with an equally bad looking signature months ago.  Are the American Flag guitars just a magnet for fake signatures or something?

Yep saw that on auction kings as well - very similar - and not even close to being real.

Thanks for the quick and helpful comments!  I will alert the local auction house that the item might not be the real deal... Additionally when I tried to verify the COA letter which includes a web address I found the web address does not exist...
