The signatures do look good. There are just a few oddities. I have a second set of eyes on them so hopefully it will be good news.

In this case the COA may actually provide some validity. What radio station is going to deal in forgeries? They often get the band to sign while promoting their tour and etc.

You can also go here and see tons of examples of their autographs from the Lateralus LPs Tool Army sold:

Here are a few examples from 2007.

Here is an Adam from 2007:

I agree on native dazza.Though I have not looked at their material in a long time I used to think that the Tool autographs were too perfect. If in fact they are bad, which they likely are, someone has gotten very good at Tool.

I noticed your COA is different. It seems this John Stanton has changed the name of his business. Not a trait we want to see.

The other posted COA referenced a radio station and I thought the actual radio station issued the COA. Now I see that in fact the COA was issued by John. I retract my previous statement that the COA in this case held some value. It is the usual worthless piece of paper.

Thanks alot for all the information guys, very helpful.

If you've paid through Paypal, you can open a dispute as item isn't as described.

Here is hoping you get your money back!

Yeah cheers mate, I have just done that.

I think they look legit. TOOL usually sell signed posters at their concerts for $100 as Maynard hates to meet fans. These all look great to me. Really great full signatures, not the rushed get out of my face kind.

The signatures look nice, but why does none of the information on the COA's we have seen posted here have any valid details that can be researched - from this 'John Stanton' of 'MPLEX' or 'GTX' which are companies and people that don't seem to exist at all?
