It States dollar bill dated 1963 signed by all four members of The Beatles so im gonna assume it's 63 sigs

My thoughts exactly, Jim.

In addition, the characteristics of John and Paul's signatures appear consistent with exemplars from this period. I'll likely frame this with a photo of them arriving at JFK Airport, symbolically "conquering" America :)

I would have to agree. When is dollar worth more than 16000 times itself? Only when The Beatles have signed it. Check your wallets guys.
