In my humble opinion the signature above is Secreatial.

Bob, you may be correct.  I just checked the Sinatra study, and I honestly can't tell.  some of the secretarial's look quite a bit like his 40's style.  I thought the secretarial's did not have the "rank" collide with the "F" as it does in this example, but again, you may be right.

Thanks Guys.  Sinatra is very tough.  I will pob pass on this until I find a more assured autograph.
