I don't usually post the "whose autograph is this" type question, but this one has me a bit stumped.  I bought a few signed programs from the March 2009 Teenage Cancer Trust concerts.  Many of the artists who performed that weekend signed them - most right next to their photo inside the program.  A couple artists did sign the cover and I cannot figure out who this one is.  Please let me know if it looks familiar:
