Perhaps I'm wrong, but I'm not sure that you can authenticate Luck without considering the source.  From what I've seen, his signature is a barely there scribble.  May I ask where you got this?  We might be able to draw a conclusion based on the other items the seller has.

it was from an auction on ebay ( I know risky) but I figured I would have some of you guys take a look.

Luck is forged all the time because of how "easy" his signature is. I wouldn't buy one without a PSA/JSA cert.
