Hello resident experts...can I please have an opinion on the Elvis autograph?

Thanks again for all your help.

Kind of weird. A shabby fake on top and what looks like a spot-on example underneath it. Could be an interesting story behind it.

I dont know about this one. looks like one of those forgeries that we discussed a while back

If this item was purchased through Sotheby's a while back...does this add to the credibilty of the piece..or can a reputable auction house like them.....also be duped?

Thanks again.

Lucky.
This card is also signed on the opposite side...with a second signing by Elvis. I didn't add it as an image because the autograph was hard to see because it was signed over a black background...I will add it..maybe it will add something more.

I figure that is why he signed the postcard..twice..because the first auto didn't look good..and then he signed the back? Or maybe, the forger was practicing?
