Michael Jordan framed Pic

Some guy wants to trade me it on craigslist. looks totally fake. I can't find any jordan signature that looks remotely close to it. makes me  think its a forgery. but at the same time i've never seen any forgery that looks like it either. and ususally most forgeries are done by the same group of people it seems.

guy claims he got it from a friend who got it in person. but those sort of stories don't hold up well IMO.

figured id ask everyones advice.
