Williams is fake imo, can't make a judgement on the mantle at that angle.

I agree, from what I can *barely* see of the M's, it appears like an early Operation Bullpen forgery.

That should be all you need to know it's fake. 

A Mantle signed bat should go for $2500-$3500 by itself...

The seller listed it just as "signed bat by 12" without providing names. I'm thinking they did that to protect themselves once someone finds out its fake. If they said it was Mantle signed, I'm sure it would've cost more.
