Thoughts on this Tiger Woods piece
think I got a pretty good deal on this, picked it up for around 300(not on ebay) framed and matted.....the flag on it is hand painted and the painting is acknowledged in the LOA. Its a quality painting job... I dont know anything about the artist or even who painted it, if this was a set, a 1/1, etc...? Has anyone ever seen a flag like this? Im trying to figure out how to price it, any suggestions? thanks in advance.

Very nice item. Painting looks professional. Without knowing the artist, the real value is in the autograph. It was a nice buy at $300 but I doubt if it will bring significantly more than that. The value for Tiger's autograph on a flag other than possibly the Masters is between $300 and $400. If the artist was well known, it would have a greater value. I have not seen another one of these and I doubt if the artist produced a lot of them but if the artist is not well known, it adds little value to the item.

thanks for the input, yeah....i dont think the painting would add a ton of value other than it distinguishes a bit from other flags. The cheapest jsa flag i ever see on ebay is between 6-700....doesnt mean they sell but ive never seen one listed below 400.

I just look at sold auctions to establish real value. Three UDA numbered flags have sold for between $375 and $440 on Ebay and I think witnessed signatures by UDA would be better than JSA authenticated ones.
Listing prices on Ebay are worthless. You have to look at what items actually sell for to establish value. Your flag is very interesting and $300 was a good price for it but selling it for a lot more to cover the fees and make a decent profit will not be easy in my opinion.
