the thickness of the sharpie makes it harder to see the actual letter formation but from what I can see, it looks authentic.

but if you are looking to buy a Chipper signed card, there are a lot better examples than this one currently on ebay.

Chipper has signed many items for me, and this looks authentic. Hope this helps.

This looks like early Chipper Jones signatures that I have obtained.  He use to do the "Chipper" on top and the "Jones" below (like he signed this card) more frequently it seems like.
