My Michael Jordan removed from ebay for no good reason

Has this happened to anyone else?  This Jordan piece(attached) has a JSA letter, the picture of the letter was in the auction.  I called ebay and the muppet on the other line was worthless of course, they said other ebay members had "reported" my item lol.

Was this piece done by anyone of note? Like why would someone want a painting done by a random when they could get a signed pic for the same price?
