Help with Satchel Paige Auto

I just purchased this Satchel Paige signed ball. I believe it is authentic, but looking to tap the collective expertise in this forum. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

this signature is a little challenging Rich. Overall, I think its authentic because most of the other letters seem typical. But I have never seen his "S" shaped like this.
