I have recently acquired a lot of baseballs. Most were by Tristar and have no question/problem with them being legit. I do have a question if anyone have heard or knows were the database si for " Sweet Spot Signatures". These are on Official MLB baseballs with a hologram. In the hologram is states Sweet Spot Signatures then a serial # BBXXXXX with the X's being numbers. I have tried many searches to find anything on them and all roads seems to lead back to baseball cards(Upper Deck Sweet Spot Signatures) but nothing on baseballs. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like another fly by night authenticator. They buy a roll of holograms online and print out coas at home most of the time. And some time they use these for no good, like for forgeries. I hope for you this isnt the case

I figured so. Thanks for the info. I was hoping I missed something and there wasa actually something to it.

I'm kind of thinking along the lines of what Rock said.  Smaller, legit autograph stores/companies may use their own hologram and numbering systems.  But the fact that you can't find any info on them is a bit of a red flag.

Perhaps post a couple examples if you can.  This forum has quite a few die-hard baseball fans and collectors who can give you some opinions.

Thanks Rich that probably is a good idea just to get some opinions on authenticity also. I posted an example of the hologram and then two of the autographs. The first is Vernon Wells and the second is Yovani Gallardo
