At first I thought they were stamped but the ink on the ball in the 2nd picture smudges. I live about an hour from Cincy so there are a lot Reds fans near by. These came from a giant baseball collection. Mostly cards.

I agree with Erich, stamped. Not sure if this is the same year but lot of similar people. Identical "signatures". Definitely stamped.
