I have a Superbowl XXV Program that was signed by a player I don't know and can't remember. The inscription looks to say "To Vishal, Best Wishes, ::Autograph:: NYC B"

SB XXV was between the Giants and Bills, so I would guess it was a Bills player? I tried looking at the roster but I can't seem to get an idea of who it is. I couldn't even tell you if it was a current program or an old one at the time I got it.

I got this program maybe 17-20 years ago as a small child. The player came into my mom's store and someone else recognized him and then I started asking questions about football even though I had no idea who he was. He gave me this program and that was the end of it. All I can remember was that he was a tall, lean African American man with short hair.
