Derek Jeter - Real or Fake?

Recently bought a lot of items from a seller and he mistakenly sent me the wrong item (again) and now I'm wondering whether I should keep it or return it. I already brought it up with you guys before but the pictures weren't great, so here's a (clearer) scan now that I actually have the piece:

Everything I've bought from this seller has turned out to be good, but you never of course.

Looks good to me. If I had the choice, though, I would try to find one that has a complete signature without skips (like in the first hump). A bit picky yes, but when I was looking for a Jeter autograph, I tried looking for signatures without any skips as they appeared to be harder to find as well as more aesthetically pleasing.
