Thoughts on the GNR CD cover signed by Slash, Duff, and Adler?

Can I get some opinions on this cover signed by Slash, Duff, and Adler? I think it looks good but just want a couple other opinions.

I believe this is from a seller in Australia, am I right? If so, the stuff sold is what I believe to be genuine. I have  authenticated Slash and Duff signatures from other sources, and these seem consistent.
