Any One read Greek ? Need help with Autograph

I purchased this several years ago off eBay from Greece I am having trouble understanding it.

it is suppose to be a famous artist painter sculptor writer ? I do not know any help is much appreciated.

this looks and reads like a high school ID document,I'm a bit out of touch with my greek but will get back to you when I can translate it better

ok William got it, this is a school ID card issued by METSOVIAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS, grade 1 student in school of fine arts....in the name of KAKIA LIVADAS
