Opinion on Joe Dimmagio

My buddy gave me a mickey ball to try to sell an it came out no good but he got his money back. My same guy is now worried about this piece in his collection. It is a Joe Dimmagio 16x20 here is a picture. All optinions would be greatful! Thanks.

B and J collectible certs are banned from Ebay...I would be very leary of it.
