Paul Stanley guitar real or not?

What do you think of this Paul Stanley guitar? The seller claim it was bought from kissmuseum.

Its an entry level Washburn product known as Lyon Guitars.

Target sold it through their retai stores. The signature is definitely real,

But I  can't really speak about the future

You can pick those up regularly on Ebay for a decent price.  Lots on there.
