elton john is it real

I believe this came TTM awhile ago and wanted to know if it looked real or not. I know he has a sec sign but I have heard of the occasional authentic ones any opinions appericated

It looks like his real signature, but is it a stamp or pre-print?  I heard most of his TTMs are.
