Many modern B type entertainment scribblers. More of those ridiculous Pacino sigs "examined" by PSA. I cant make a determination on the sigs but I could forge most of them myself.

lol Yeah thats whats particularly annoying with my situation. Trying to get my girlfriend Matthew Gray Gubler but his autographs are inconsistent. He's cheap though which is a plus but hard to find.

Theres one on ebay for 69 from eastcoast grapher with a proof photo but it looks like an etch a sketch signature.

How about this? It has a PSA but is $40...I thought it cost more than $40 to get a PSA? lol

Pete is a good guy, I have dealt with him in the past. He is out in LA all the time. In his autograph hunting he is out there with collectors who work with PSA, and many of his items can likely be attributed as witnessed by a PSA rep.  Looking over his auctions there is not a single thing offered that doesn't match in-person autograph from these celebs.

As for prices....when you have stuff certified in bulk, I am guessing there is a much better deal.
