Would appreciate any help I can get on these Vince Neil, said to be signed in 2012. Do you think they are good or bad?

The b/w live photo looks good to me. Can't really tell from the scan of the signed colour posed photo, but I think that appears ok also.

I think both are good. The top picture is a better example though.
