Yes ,with these pieces(checks) you will be ok in the end.a very sound collectible investment.its all about time.you have to wait it out.the great part about it,is that while you wait it out,you can enjoy the pieces on your wall.

yes paul i looked at the signed book by jim and i think its not right to ask amounts like that for the book ,i think real fans of the doors who dont have a lot of money schuld be able to get a book like that to , i peronaly  think its worth about 7000 dollars no more , i got a copy of an amercan prayer  from his own private poetry 1970 unsigned and i think thats also special to know jim payed for it himself and had it delivered to him , o i have a copy of ode to LA the poem that was given to fans at the aquaruis gigs , greetings Bart.

A few months back they were asking $25K. for it which is absurd. I agree with Bart, a fair price would be around $7K for it. Sotheby's sold a copy back in June for $6.900.- i believe.    Jack
