Hello All,

You may or may not have seen this one already, but I would love to get your expert opinions on this John Lennon signature. With so many questionable examples out there, your thoughts are always insightful and appreciated.

Thanks so much for your time!

Another Lennon from "TRACKS " in England......CIRCA. 1965. Sold for around $1,350

Thanks for your reply Jim. I understand that Tracks is the go-to for authentic Beatles autographs, but one can never be too sure.

Did you win this Philip? This was the one I was going to get if I didn't get the Hull autograph. I think its good. Tracks has a great reputation.

Hello James, yes I am indeed the proud new owner. Congratulations to you, the Hull autograph is a wonderful piece indeed. I have asked the group to look at this one as you can never be too careful, and it looked a little different than some examples of John's signature that I have seen previously.

Thanks Philip! I think the reason it might look strange is because when John hit the crease with his "L" he decided to start over. Definitely a lot of speed to the signature which is a good thing. But I understand having to be careful since Beatles stuff is highly forged and 90% or more is garbage . You could always pay a few bucks and have Roger Epperson or PSA look at it too but since we bought from a company with a good reputation, I don't think there is anything to worry about

Thanks so much for your insight, James. Interesting about the hurried nature of this example, it makes sense upon closer examination. I couldn't be happier to finally own this very special signature, and congrats to you too, as yours is a fantastic piece.
