Does anyone know his signing habits over the last couple years?  He seems curmudgeonly and TTM he sent a note saying "I don't sign autographs".  Just want to know if it is worth my time trying for him IP.  Cheers!

Hi - I got him before a show in NJ last year.  Solo LP.  I was one on one with him, and he didn't give me a problem, although he didn't seem too happy I stopped & asked him.  I don't think he would sign for a lot of people, like after a show.  No proof of that, just my opinion.

I had a rough experience with him in 2013. He played here in a small venue which is generally easy for us to get access for autographs post-show. After the show, he did come over to the very few fans that were assembled and appeared to be open to signing some autographs UNTIL some guy yelled at him for a picture with him, and it seemed to spook him and he just walked away, no photo, no sigs. Don't know for sure what the reasoning was.

I will tell you this- he took a liking to 2 fans near the front who were wearing Garfunkel t-shirts ( not S&G). They sang along, swayed along and were enthusiastic clappers for him. Towards the latter part of the show, his staff came out and brought them backstage, where they got to meet him and got his autograph on EVERYTHING they had-albums, shirts, hats. He told them (who told me afterwards) he like to meet his "real" fans and take care of them.

What would be best place to meet Mr Garfunkel? Does he usually travel by bus (leaving straight after the show) or he's flying nowadays? Any chance after the show at the venue?
