Peyton Manning Autographed Jersey--Real???

Hi! I was wondering if anybody can give me their opinion on my signed Peyton Manning jersey. I believe that it was signed in the early 2000's but I'm not sure as to authenticity.  Thanks!!

Im not sure of early 2000s but it looks a little off to me. Hopefully others will give opinions.
