anyone heard about All American Collectables coa

An item I was looking at on ebay the seller says comes with a coa from All American Collectables in Miami.  has anyone heard about them or knows anything about them.

Hey Crystal.  You might want to change the title to mention that these signatures are from Once Upon a Time -  I'm almost certain that there are collectors on this forum with some familiarity with how that cast's autographs should look.
