Michael Jackson Authentic from 1988?? / Weird Jackson Autograph got myself!!

Hiya guys...i'm new to this forum.

Been collecting autographs for 30+ years....bought a few now & then, and one of them was this Michael Jackson one i bought from Plastic Wax in the UK in about 1989 (came with a letter saying it was obtained at Roundhay, Leeds 1988 during the Bad tour)

I remember doing a fair amount of homework way back then (this was before the internet & ebay & the huge amount of Jackson fakes in the 00's!!) and at the time i was pretty happy with it??....would just like to get some more opinions??

So, many, many years later i would get, well, within a few feet of him in Australia, and got one myself, unfortunately it was a busy day for old Mic, and unfortunately the signature, well, let's just say, i'd NEVER be able to sell it, as only i can authenticate it!!...Heeheee...but thought i'd like to share a REAL Jackson, albeit, one of the worst you're likely to see!!

Please share opinions on my Thriller signed in 1988...Cheers, Robo

Both are terrible.. Not even close in my opinion!

Interesting...thanks for your opinion...as i said, the CD cover i got myself, so it IS the real deal, i saw him sign it, he was climbing into a van at the time!! I would never sell it, it's my only 100%  def real one, albeit one of the worst you'll ever see!!...I just thought i'd share it...

Both are disgraceful forgeries.

Welcome, Ive always found it strange that you don't find many scribble Jackson sigs. He was a good signer and not always under easy circumstances. Enjoy it but unfortunately you see the reaction you will get if you ever try to sell. The other one I don't like.

Thanks for your thoughts Ian...no, i'll never ever try to sell the other one, it's inside a cd booklet, and is rarely looked at, just thought some would be interested in an authentic Jackson scribble..... Sad to see that the Thriller lp doesn't seem to pass the test...thanks for looking.

You would have to be brave to put your name to those without someone doubting them regardless of thier authentisaty

Even though you say you got 1 yourself they are both nothing like typical Jackson signatures and it's impossible for anyone to believe they are real based on the signatures looking so off
