Jerseys are more difficult to authenticate, but I would avoid this one.

I just looked at that shirt again. I believe that is a reputable seller, and it could be one of Koufax's rushed signatures.  Personally I would not want it, I would rather have one of his nicer versions on a ball, as the jerseys are extremely expensive.

Yeah. It's a seller close to home as I need quick delivery. If the Mattingly ball checks out, I'll probably buy that as it's much cheaper than the Koufax jersey and will mean the same to my friend.

Ryan studies Mattingly, so I would ask his opinion.  It looks like an example of his more recent signatures, and is likely authentic but wait for Ryan to chime in.

Mattingly is authentic, Koufax looks likes good bad signature but I'd avoid it as you can get much nicer quality on a ball for less.
