Not authentic in my opinion, looks like they may have copied or tried to copy. I am guessing this is the item in question that sold for 99.99 pounds - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nelson-Mandela-South-Africa-Banknote-Rand-S...

The price alone should raise red flags and although bargains can be had this does not look like one to me!

The 'd' of Mandela is not full as it usually is. This company seem to have a lot of Mandela autographs...

I know I'm late on this. Not real. I have been collecting and selling Mandela signatures for some time now. I have a few personally signed items from him. I have seen these around for some time. Forgery.
